A seasonal soup made with fragrant rape blossoms and bamboo shoots. We added sakura shrimp to bonito and kombu seaweed to create a flavourful dish.
Freeze-drying is one of the best ways to retain nutrients while preserving colour, flavour and structure. As well as having a longer preserving time.
How to make
- Put the soup cube into a bowl/cup and add 160mL of hot water.
- Let sit for 1 minute and stir in between to mix.
CAUTION: Please be careful while handling hot water to prevent burning.
